Perfect for those sunny summer days, an afternoon picnic, or a special dinner with friends and family. This bruschetta is the definition of a gourmet experience, easy to prepare and even easier to love.

Ingredients:

– Garlic bread

-Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Mesquite Blossom

-Tomato slices

-Basil pesto and basil leaves

– Salt and pepper

-Grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the wrapped loaf of garlic bread in the oven for 15 minutes to warm up. Separate the garlic bread slices and place them on a baking tray. Gratinate on one side. Remove them from the oven and turn them over. Top each slice with a spoonful of pesto, a slice of tomato and top with grated mozzarella. Broil until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Mesquite Blossom and top with a basil leaf to serve.
