Ceimayá offers a wide range of premium monofloral honeys with organoleptic characteristics that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.

In addition, Ceimayá carefully controls the production process to guarantee that it respects the environment and the bees.

Ceimayá does not package its products with heat, nor does it pasteurize them. Ceimayá’s honey products are “raw”. This process preserves the honey’s whole beneficial and curative properties that characterize it as 100% natural.

Ceimayá’s honey has a creamy consistency and in some cases, you may find foam on its surface. Both traits are generated by the packaging process that does not use heat.
