Our honey is not only 100% organic, but also Our honey is raw, creamy, packaged without any heat process. Ceimayá’s honey is free of: GMO, pesticides, harmful chemicals, fertilizers or added flavors. Foam may appear on the honey’s surface, and this is due to the process used to both  decrystallize and to package without the use of heat. This foam is called Honey Foam and it is delicious!

Monitoring the Harvest by Region and Bloom

Ceimayá sets out to create unique culinary experiences through a wide selection of monofloral honeys made from native plants of Mexico. For this reason, Ceimayá carefully monitors the harvest in each geographical region.

This monitoring allows to identify the blossom period and to time correctly the harvesting period. Because each monofloral honey blossoms at a different time in the year, the harvest also differs.
