This salad is light, fresh and authentic. Our Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom, the honey that pairs well with everything, brings balance to the sour notes of the plate and showcases the great combination between citrus and honey.

Ingredients:

1 Grapefruit peeled and sliced

2 Oranges peeled and sliced

1/2 Red onion cut into julienne

Coriander leaves (optional)

Pomegranate (optional)

 

For the dressing:

1/4 Cup of olive oil

2 Tablespoons of white vinegar

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 Tablespoon of Honey

Preparation

Prepare the dressing by mixing all its ingredients. Serve in a plate with the grapefruit, orange and onion, and decorate with coriander leaves and pomegranate.
