This recipe will get you out of the normal routine in a very simple and delicious way. You can present it on a bed of white rice or quinoa. It is light but has deep and delicate flavors.

Ingredients

500g of salmon
4 tablespoons of the Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom
3 finely chopped garlic cloves
2 chopped chambray onion stalks
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Wash the fish fillet and dry it out with a kitchen towel, once its dry, sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Mix the honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl until they are well incorporated. Heat a saucepan with olive oil, place the fish fillets and cook for one minute on each side.

When both sides are cooked, add the mixture and cook it for 3 more minutes until it thickens. Serve and decorate with the chopped onions. And enjoy with your favorite garnish.
