There’s always an opportunity to share food with those we love. This is why, we share with you a delicious appetizer with which you can pamper your loved ones. Besides being easy to prepare, it also pairs well with everything.

Ingredients

1/2 cup of peeled pistachios
350g of brie cheese
1/4 cup of the Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of minced fresh rosemary
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 package of salted snack

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake the cheese for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, sauté the pistachios over low heat and set aside. In that same pan, place the honey and cook together with the balsamic vinegar and rosemary, stir well and continuously until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and then reserve.

Assemble the cheese on a plate and place the raspberries and pistachios on top of it. Finally, coat with the previously cooked honey mixture, place the cookies and your ready to enjoy this delight.
