Parfait comes from the french word “perfect” and it is used to refer to layered desserts, mainly made with ice cream and yogurt. This is a very simple breakfast to prepare and very versatile because you can add the cereal and fruit of your preference.

Ingredients

1 greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of cooked quinoa
2 tablespoons of the Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom
3 tablespoons of your preferred cereal
Fruit of your choice (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, etc.)

Preparation

Add half of the greek yogurt to a cup, half of the cooked quinoa and a tablespoon of honey to a glass. Mix it very well and add a layer of cereal such as wheat or oats. Add another layer of yogurt, quinoa and honey. Place the fruit your choice and voila! You have an easy and delicious breakfast to start your morning.
