Over the past two years, we’ve been facing a situation that brings both concern and reflection. A persistent pest has significantly affected the flowering of the Kidneywood tree — the essential source of one of our most special honeys: Ceimayá Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom.

This 2025 season, nature presented an even greater challenge: the flowering was minimal, and as a result, there was practically no production. For us — closely connected to the bees and the beekeeping communities behind every jar — it has been difficult to witness how such a noble ecosystem struggles against factors beyond our control.

A Truly Exceptional Harvest ✨

The jars you can find on shelves today represent more than a year’s work; they are a symbol of nature’s resilience. Every drop comes from a harvest that is exceptional in its scarcity, its quality, and its story.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience the magic of Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom, this is a special moment to do so: taking home a jar means taking home a piece of its essence, its origin, and its natural rarity.

We deeply appreciate everyone who values the artisanal, responsible, and nature-driven work behind every Ceimayá honey. 💛🐝
