Let’s toast together! 🥂 Champagne with honey is a classic cocktail that combines the sweet taste of honey with the bubbly taste of champagne. It’s a perfect drink to enjoy this new year!🎉✨

 

Ingredients:

1 box of fresh strawberries.
1 bottle of champagne or bubbly wine.
2 tablespoons of Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Mezquite Blossom

 

 

Preparation:

Start by dividing the bottle of champagne, put half in the blender and the other half in a large glass, cover and put it in the refrigerator. Add the strawberries and the Desert Honey: Mezquite Blossom to the blender. Blend until all the strawberry pieces are gone. Pour the strawberry champagne into ice cube trays, and freeze until solid. Once the ice cubes are formed, put them back into the blender, add the champagne left in the refrigerator and blend until it has a thick consistency.
