A delicious dessert? Try these delicious candied sweet potatoes, perfect to surprise the family 🇲🇽

Ingredients:

  • Medium sweet potatoes
  • Water
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Ceimayá’s Melipona Honey

Preparation:

Wash the sweet potatoes under running water to remove any soil. Place the whole sweet potatoes in a large saucepan. Add the honey, cinnamon stick and water. Cover the pan and cook over medium-high heat for 25 minutes. Pierce a small hole with a knife to make sure the sweet potatoes are cooked. Once cooked, cut the sweet potatoes in half and serve with Ceimayá’s Melipona honey.
