Ingredients:

  • Melipona Ceimaya Honey
  • Water – 1 liter
  • Piloncillo – 1/3 piece
  • Cinnamon – 6 slices
  • Ground coffee – 6 tablespoon

Preparation:

We start boiling the liter of water in a clay pot, add the piloncillo with the cinnamon sticks. Boil until the piloncillo is completely dissolved. Then add the ground coffee, cover and let it boil for a few minutes. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes. Finally, serve and add Melipona honey to taste.
