Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon matcha
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Ceimayá’s Forest Honey: Orange Blossom
  • Ceimayá’s Bee Pollen
  • Strawberries

Preparation:

Mix all the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and finish mixing. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add a little oil and drop 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture per pancake, flip the pancake every 3 minutes until it is well cooked. Cook in this way until you finish all the mixture. Serve with strawberries, Ceimayá’s Bee Pollen and Forest Honey: Orange Blossom.
