Don’t know what to eat this Lent?

We leave you this delicious salmon recipe with soy sauce and honey…

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon loins
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation:

Mix the soy sauce and Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom until dissolved. Marinate the salmon in the above mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour with the skin side facing up so that the sauce soaks in well. Add sesame seeds to taste on top. Cook the salmon loins for 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ºC. Finally, serve and add a little more sauce on top.
