You can’t miss this delicious recipe!…. We share with you a recipe for lasagna with chicken and honey mustard, perfect for sharing with the family.

Ingredients:

 

– 400 g wheat flour

– 4 medium eggs

– 1 tablespoon of olive oil

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 chicken breast

– 250 g mozzarella cheese

– 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 3 tablespoons of Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom

– 1 tablespoon dried oregano

– 100 g milk cream

 

Preparation:

In the blender place the wheat flour together with the salt, mix and add egg by egg, finally add the olive oil and let it rest. Prepare the dough, with a rolling pin, divide the dough in 2 and gather it with your hands. Repeatedly pass the rolling pin over the dough until you get an even texture and let it rest. Cook the chicken in water, remove the skin and bones and shred the chicken.

For the sauce, place the chicken in a pan, add the Dijon mustard, Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom, and bathe with 1 cup of the water in which the chicken was cooked. Then add the cream, oregano and salt to taste. On the other hand, grate the cheese for the lasagna. In a baking dish, place the pasta sheets previously made. Pour over them part of the chicken, cheese and add another layer of pasta sheets on top until it is completely covered. Repeat until the rest of the chicken is completely covered. Finally, bake at 220°C for 15 minutes.
