Try this honey vodka cocktail recipe that will surprise you!
Ingredients:
- 60ml lime juice
- 60ml of Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom
- 175-200gr of ice
- 590gr frozen pineapple
- 115ml vodka
- 5 sprigs of fresh sage
- 120ml water
Preparation:
Put ½ cup honey and ½ cup water in a saucepan with 5 sprigs of fresh sage. Heat over medium-high heat until bubbling, then simmer for 15 min. Finally, let cool for 30 minutes and discard the sage. Next, place pineapple, vodka, lime juice and honey-sage preparation in blender. Blend to desired consistency and serve immediately.
