We recommend this delicious rum punch to enjoy with your friends this Christmas!
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup of Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of Water
2 Units Evaporated Milk
1 Can Condensed Milk
2 Egg Yolks
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 Cinnamon sticks
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Corn
1 Cup Rum
Preparation:
Heat the evaporated milk, condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, cornstarch and egg yolks. Mix everything until it thickens. Then remove from heat, let cool, set aside. Separately, blend the Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom with the corn, strain and add to the reserved mixture. Finally, pour the rum and leave the punch in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
