Ingredients:

– 6 figs

– 4 tablespoons of Ceimayá’s Forest Honey: Orange Blossom

– 1 sprig of rosemary

– Green or black pepper, if not available

– Goat cheese to taste

– Bread or crackers

 

Preparation:

Cut the figs in half very carefully. Strip the rosemary, remove the sprigs and chop finely. Put a little on the figs. Drizzle a little Ceimayá’s Forest Honey: Orange Blossom honey over the figs, enough to caramelize them. Bake them at 400˚F (205˚C) and wait for the honey to start caramelizing. It may take 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the oven used. Carefully remove from the oven and add the pepper when they are warm. Add a little Ceimayá’s Forest Honey: Orange Blossom to reinforce the flavor. Serve with bread or crackers and goat cheese.
