This is a delicious dessert that you have to try!

Ingredients:

– 1 can (14 ozs) of sweetened condensed milk

– 2/3 cup of Caimayá Desert Honey: Mezquite Blossom

– 1 can (12 ozs) of evaporated milk

– 4 eggs

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour half (1/3 cup) of the Ceimaya Mezquite honey into a flan pan, swirl around to cover the bottom of the pan with honey. Blend the remaining honey (1/3 cup) with the can of condensed milk, evaporated milk, and the eggs in a blender for 1 minute. Pour the mixture into the flan pan and cover. Bake the flan in a double boiler for 45 minutes. Remove flan from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate the flan for at least 3 hours. To serve, turn the flan out onto a large plate.
