Ingredients:

  • 1 Romaine ettuce chopped
  • 1 Butterhead lettuce  chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of Ceimayá Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 6 radishes, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Carrot, grated
  • 400 gr (1 lb) Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup stuffed olives

Preparation:

Bring water to boil in a saucepan with salt. Add the shrimp for no more than 4 minutes and then drain the shrimp and put them in ice water to stop cooking. Wash the lettuces and dry them well. Arrange the lettuce, radishes, olives, carrots and shrimp on a serving platter. For the vinaigrette: mix vinegar, the Ceimayá Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom and mustard in a bowl. Add the oil, little by little, stirring continuously, until a homogeneous sauce is formed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve this vinaigrette over the salad right before serving.
