Ingredients:
- 500 grams (1 lb)of fish fillet
- 3 tablespoons of Ceimayá Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
Rinse the fish fillet and then pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Mix Ceimayá Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom, garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice in a bowl. Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the olive oil, add the fillets and cook for one minute on each side. Pour the liquid mixture over the fish fillets and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, serve with quinoa or rice and garnish with chopped chives.
