Ingredients:
1 tbsp. chile de arbol in oil.
2 tablespoons of mustard
3 tbsp. Ceimayá Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1.5 lbs of fresh salmon (1 piece)
1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves
Preparation:
Mix chile de arbol, mustard, Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom and olive oil. Pour the mixture in a bag and marinate the salmon for two hours. Place the salmon on a tray lined with aluminum or parchment paper and spread the oregano leaves on top. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
