Ingredients:
½ cup of Ceimayá Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom
¼ cup soy sauce
Juice of a small lemon
1 kilo (2 lbs) of shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 chopped scallion for garnish
Preparation:
In a bowl whisk the Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom, soy sauce, garlic and lemon. Add half of the sauce to the shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and then the shrimp and marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 1-2 min per side until shrimp turns pink. Add reserved sauce. Cook until sauce begins to thicken. Garnish with green onions.
