Ingredients:

1 Brie cheese

1 Cup of frozen blackberries

1 Cup of frozen blueberries

1 Cup of frozen raspberries

1 Tablespoon of Desert Honey: Mesquite Blossom

2 Teaspoons of lemon juice

1 Rosemary stalk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Make diagonal cuts on the Brie’s surface, place on a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan over low heat place thefrozen berries, the honey, lemon and rosemary. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the compote thickens. Take the chesse out of the oven and top it with the berry compote. Serve with baguette or any bread of your preference.
