This salad is healthy and packed with flavor, and takes advantage of the floral and spicy flavor of our Mayan Honey spectacularly. The dressing is bittersweet and has citrus notes that pair greatly with the rest of the salad’s ingredients which are full of minerals, fiber, potassium and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
2 Cups of spinach
1 Grated beet
1 Grated carrot
1 Avocado
1/2 Cup of cooked quinoa
Para el aderezo:
3 Tablespoons of apple vinegar
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Tablespoons of Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
1/2 Teaspoon of dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Put in a bowl the spinach, beets, carrots, avocado and cooked quinoa. Prepare the dressing by mixing all its ingredients together and serve in the salad.
