Ingredients:
1 Ball of burrata cheese
Segments of 1 orange
60 g of pomegranate
25 g of pistachio
1/2 Teaspoon of zataar
Salt & pepper
For the dressing:
1 Teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon of Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom
1 Tablespoon of apple vinegar
Preparation
In a bowl, place at the center the cheese and around it the orange, pomegranate, pisatchio and condiments. Prepare the dressing and serve onto the salad.
