We wish you a Merry Christmas full of health, love and prosperity! For which we give you a spectacular recipe for the occasion. The ham with the cranberries, cognac, rosemary, and Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom make a perfect combination that will leave your guests satisfied and impressed.
Ingredients:
1 Piece of ham (200 kg)
6 Cloves
1/2 Cup of orange juice
40 g of Butter
1 Cup of Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom
1 Cup of Cognac
300 gr of Dried cranberries
1 Tablespoon of mustard
1/2 Teaspoon of ginger
Rosemary to taste
Orange zest to taste
Pinch of salt & pepper
Preparation
First of add the cranberries to the cognac and let sit for 30 minutes. In a pot (over low heat) mix the orange juice, butter, honey, mustard, orange zest, ginger and the condiments. Mix until the honey is dissolved and then add the cranberries. Prep the ham making diagonal cut on its surface. Cover the ham with the sauce and then put into a container or bag with the rest of the sauce, and refrigerate overnight. Bake the ham at 220 ºC for about 15 minutes. Garnish with rosemary and enjoy with your family on Christmas!
