Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 Sticks of unsalted butter
1 Cup of brown sugar
1 Egg
1/4 Cup of Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom
2 & 1/4 Cup of flour
2 Teaspoon of ginger powder
3/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of ground clove
1 Teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In the blender at medium speed, mix the butter and sugar until you get a creamy texture. Add the egg and honey. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients and slowly add to the mixture in the blender. When all the ingredients are well mixed, separate the dough and form balls of 3 cm in diameter and place on a baking tray with a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. In case you are going to decorate them, first let the cookies cool.
