If you still don’t have a dish – for the upcoming holidays – especially for your loved ones who do not eat meat, this recipe is perfect for you. With fresh ingredients and our Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom we give to the beloved and popular chicken salad an unexpected twist. An excellent recipe for Christmas, New Years Eve and any other holiday when you need a delicious and special dish for your vegetarian guests.

Ingredients:

400 g of Chickpeas

1/3 Cup chopped celery

2 Tablespoons of mayo

1 Tablespoon of yogurt

1 Tablespoon of dijon mustard

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1/4 Cup of diced red onions

1/4 Cup of chopped grapes

1/2 Tablespoon of Mayan Honey

1 Teaspoon of garlic powder

1 Teaspoon of dried parsley

1 Teaspoon of onion powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Drain the chickpeas and smash them. Add into a bowl with the mayo, yogurt, dijon, lemon juice, red onion, grapes, celery, honey and the seasoning. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
