We share with you a light and healthy breakfast/snack to start your week before the holidays. A recipe to which you can alter the toppings according to your taste. Our recipe combines berries with the Honeycomb because they make an excellent pairing. Try our recipe and experiment with other ingredients.

Ingredients:

3 Cups of greek yogurt

1/4 Cup of honey (preferably Desert Honey: Mesquite Blossom)

1 Cup of assorted berries

1/4 Cup of cherries

Honeycomb pieces to taste

Nuts to taste

Preparation

In a bowl mix the yogurt with honey. Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, garnish with the berries, cherries, nuts and the honeycomb pieces. Freeze overnight and once its frozen solid break into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
