The holidays are approaching and if you still don’t have a dessert to surprise your guests with… This recipe is perfect for you. The main virtue this dessert has, is that it’s very simple to make; a huge advantage during the busy Christmas season. It is delicious and like all our other recipes, it’s healthy. Making use -once more- of the outstanding combination between our Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom and chocolate.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of greek yogurt

1 Cup of your favorite milk

1/4 Cup chia seeds

2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 Tablespoons of Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

Suggested toppings:

Honeycomb

Granola

Yogurt

Preparation

In a container mix all the ingredients. Seal the container and refrigerate for approximately 5 hours. Serve in smaller bowls and garnish with toppings.
