We share with you the recipe of a non-conventional salad that’s full of flavor. A healthy, light, mineral and vitamin-rich salad. Our Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom adds floral and spicy notes to the vinegar; giving it lots of personality.

Ingredients:

 

2 Cooked and sliced beets

2 Tablespoonsof olive oil

1/4 Cup of balsamic vinegar

Tablespoons of orange juice

2 Tablespoons of Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom

Preparation

In a bowl mis the oil, vinegar, juice and honey. Serve in plate with the beets and decorate with orange zest (optional).
