Start off the week with a delicious and healthy breakfast. This recipe is ideal for those with a sweet tooth. The chocolate accentuates the citrus notes in the Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom making a sublime pairing.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of oats

3/4 Cup of almond milk

3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 Banana

1 Egg

1 Teaspoon of baking powder

2 Teaspoons of cinnamon

1 Teaspoon fo vanilla extract

2 Tablespoons of Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom

Pinch of salt

Chocolate chips

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips. Serve in baking mold and top with the chocolate chips. Bake at 370˚F for 30 min.
