This recipe is a testament to the versatility of our honey. Not only does it compliment the flavor of the meat, but it also deepens the taste of the cheese.
Ingredientes:
4 beef medallions
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of rosemary
1/4 cup of blue cheese
2 tablespoons of Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom
salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparación
Sprinkle every medallion with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Let them sit for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix in a bowl the blue cheese with the honey. Cook each side of the medallions for about 5 minutes until you reach the desired cooking point. Serve each medallion with chunks of the cheese and honey.
