With this recipe, we are convinced that eating healthy can be delicious, sophisticated and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 cup of baby arugula

5 slices of prosciutto

1/2 cup of cantaloupe

1/4 cup of goat cheese

 

For the dressing:

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon of Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom

Preparation

Make the dressing by mixing the oil, vinegar and honey. Then assemble all the ingredientes in a bowl.
