An ideal starter that’s very simple to prepare, incredibly eye-pleasing and delicious.
Ingredients
1 loaf of rustic bread
2 sliced and pitted medium peaches
200g of roquefort cheese (or blue cheese)
2 tablespoons of the Desert Honey: Kidneywood Blossom
Olive oil to taste
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Add a little oil to each slice and bake for 7 minutes or until each slice is lightly golden. Take out of the oven and place on top of each garlic (to your liking), 2 peach slices and Roquefort cheese. Place back into the oven another 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle each slice with honey.
