This tour not only represented an invaluable opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and best practices in organic beekeeping, but it was also part of the crucial “Project for Strengthening the Technical Capacities of the Organic Agriculture Department in Standards and Procedures for the Registration and Certification of Organic Products Mexico-Honduras.”
