Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup of cow’s milk
- 2 cups shredded sweet coconut
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 to taste cinnamon powder
- Ceimayá’s Bee Pollen
Preparation:
Bring the cup of milk with the cinnamon stick to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add one and a half cups of the grated coconut and let it cook until the coconut softens and the milk is absorbed. Add the condensed milk to the mixture and stir with a wooden spoon constantly so it does not stick, 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat. Remove the cocada from the heat and form into balls or a cake. Roll the balls and decorate with Ceimayá’s Bee Pollen.
