Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Ceimayá Melipona Honey
  • 1/2 cup toasted Amaranth
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 3 cups of water
  • 4 Tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Preparation:

Blend the amaranth with the evaporated milk, Ceimayá’s Melipona honey, condensed milk and water. Pour what you blended in a pot and heat until it boils, add the cornstarch previously dissolved with the walnuts, raisins and peanuts; heat until it thickens, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking.
