Toast Mexico’s Independence Day with us with this delicious tequila with bee pollen. 🇲🇽

Ingredients:

Drink:

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • Ceimaya Bee Pollen
  • 1 oz white tequila
  • 1/2 oz orange flavored liqueur
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Honey Syrup:

  • 1/4 cup Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Mezquite Blossom
  • 1/4 cup of hot water

Preparation:

To prepare the honey syrup, mix Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Mezquite Blossom and hot water. To prepare the drink, add 1/2 ounce of the honey syrup, tequila, orange-flavored liqueur and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice; cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with lime slices and Ceimayá’s Bee Pollen.
