Craving something to go with your coffee…. Try these matcha cupcakes with our Forest Honey: Orange Blossom

Ingredients:

  • 30 g of Ceimayá’s Forest Honey: Orange Blossom
  • 6 pieces of chocolate
  •  or 100 g chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g vegetable oil
  • 90 g plain yogur
  • 45 g refined sugar
  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons matcha
  • 500 g water

 

Preparation:

Place in 6 flan trays, place a piece of chocolate in each one and set aside. Place the eggs and oil in a glass. Beat the eggs and oil in a glass. Add the Ceimayá’s Forest Honey: Orange Blossom, the natural yogurt and the sugar and mix everything together. Then add the flour, baking powder and matcha and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed. Finally, pour the mixture into the muffin tins and place in the oven for 20 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
