Ingredients:

  • Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup of Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup mango for garnish
  • Enough shredded coconut for garnish

Preparation:

In a blender blend the Greek yogurt for 5 minutes, then add the frozen mango, shredded coconut, honey and blend until smooth. Then, pour into a baking dish and add the chopped mango and freeze for 24 hours. Finally, decorate with mango and grated coconut.
