Give mom a sweet gift from the heart!

Ingredients:

  • Dark or milk chocolate, bar.
  • 150 gr milk chocolate.
  • 40 gr Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Mezquite Blossom
  • 70 gr of butter.

 

Preparation:

First you must make the chocolate shell, and for this you have to melt the chocolate, temper it and pour it into the mold, vibrate it and then turn the mold over.

While the chocolate hardens, prepare the honey ganache. Blend the melted chocolate, butter and Ceimayá’s Desert Honey: Mezquite Blossom. Finally, put the ganache in a piping bag and fill the chocolate molds. Wait 15 minutes and close the chocolate molds with more chocolate.
