Perfect for this Lent!

Try this delicious ceviche recipe with our Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom…

Ingredients:

  • 3 fresh sea bass
  • Juice of 5 limes
  • 3 avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and sliced
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons of Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
  • 1 crushed chili bell pepper or chili pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Freeze the sea bass for 3 minutes to be able to cut it more easily. Then cut crosswise and place in a bowl with a little salt, lime juice and stir. Cover the container and let it rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Afterward, make a vinaigrette with the oil, remaining lime juice and orange juice. Add 1 tablespoon of Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom, the chili and garlic. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, drain the juices from the ceviche, arrange several slices of fish on each plate along with pieces of mango and avocado, sprinkle with fresh mint, cilantro leaves and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
