Start this 2023 with this healthy recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Almond milk 600 g
  • Liquid vanilla 10 ml
  • Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom 20 g
  • Chia seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Oat flakes 100 g
  • Sugar tablespoon1
  • Assorted berries50 g
  • Banana (sliced)2

 

Preparation:

We put all the ingredients except the fruit in a saucepan over low heat and, stirring always, we heat it until it reaches boiling point. Then divide it into 6 bowls, let it stand for 5 minutes, divide the fruit and serve.
