Ingredients:
- Almond milk 600 g
- Liquid vanilla 10 ml
- Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom 20 g
- Chia seeds 2 tablespoons
- Oat flakes 100 g
- Sugar tablespoon1
- Assorted berries50 g
- Banana (sliced)2
Preparation:
We put all the ingredients except the fruit in a saucepan over low heat and, stirring always, we heat it until it reaches boiling point. Then divide it into 6 bowls, let it stand for 5 minutes, divide the fruit and serve.
