We recommend this delicious jelly dessert with Mayan Honey: Tsitsiclhé Blossom, perfect for this holiday season!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Yellow Lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of gelatin
- 1/4 cup Water
Preparation:
Heat the Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom with the lemon juice, before it comes to the boil, remove from the heat. Add the lemon zest and the previously hydrated and melted gelatin. Whisk to break up lumps and pour into jars or a glass container. Let cool and refrigerate until set.
