Celebrate the Day of the Dead with your family with this delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup of Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom

– 3/4 kilo curd cheese

– 2 cups of sugar

– 1 cup of water

– dragées

 

Preparation:

To prepare whipped cottage cheese, prepare a syrup with the sugar and water; make it thick. Stir it with the cottage cheese and beat it vigorously. Add the Ceimayá’s Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom and continue beating until the mixture is white and hard. Arrange on plates and put dragées on top.
