Craving something sweet?

We give the classical pancake recipe a twist of our own; making them healthier and tastier. These pancakes are not only vegan but full of protein, in order to give you the energy boost you need to start your day. For this recipe we have substituted all those ingredients that prevent your from eating pancakes more often, which makes them ideal if you have a sweet tooth. Using our Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom, since it pairs exquisitely with any type of baked goods. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of rolled oats

1/2 Banana

3/4 Cup of plant-based milk

1/2 Tablespoon of vegan protein powder

1 Tablespoon of our Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom

1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation

Blend all the igredients. Place a pan over low-medium heat, grease and pour onto it even portions of the mixture. cook the pancakes on both sides and serve with your favorite toppings. Try tehm out with our Volcano Honey: Wild sunflower Blossom.
