We present our own version of the ‘overnight oats’, a light, practical and versatile breakfast. This healthy recipe combines ingredients that provide you with fiber and antioxidants, ideal to start your day. With our Mesquite Honey you will add notes of wood and caramel that will make a delicious combination with the rest of the ingredients.

Ingredients:

2/3 Cup of oats

2/3 Cup of your preferred milk

1/2 Cup of greek yogurt

1 Peach sliced into cubes

1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter

1 Teaspoon of chia seeds

1 Tablespoon of Desert Honey: Mesquite Blossom

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation

In a jar, place all the ingredients and stir. Seal the jar and place in the refrigerator. Refrigerate overnight for a healthy and delicious breakfast the next morning.
