Turkey with Mayan Honey: Tsitsliché Blossom is a recipe for Thanksgiving. We share with you a delicious and simple recipe that will give you time to complete your other dishes. Our Tsitsilché Honey makes a great pairing with white meats and will add both floral and spicy notes. Its a honey with a lot of personality for an exemplary dish to share with your loved ones.

Ingredients:

1 Boneless turkey breast

5 Tablespoons of Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom

2 Tablespoons of dijon mustard

1 Teaspoon of thyme

Salt to taste

Ground pepper

Oregano to taste

Basil to taste

1 whole clove

250 ml of white wine

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then apply it to the turkey.
  2. Place some white wine in the Pyrex for the oven and the cloves.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  4. Place and cover the turkey with the mixture from the bowl.
  5. Place the breast in the Pyrex (where the white wine is).
  6. Place in the oven and cook for 30 min. covered with aluminum foil at 180 degrees Celsius and after this time leave it uncovered for a few more minutes until it becomes golden on the outside but not dry on the inside.
  7. Serve and enjoy with your family on Thanksgiving!
