Ingredients:
1 Boneless turkey breast
5 Tablespoons of Mayan Honey: Tsitsilché Blossom
2 Tablespoons of dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon of thyme
Salt to taste
Ground pepper
Oregano to taste
Basil to taste
1 whole clove
250 ml of white wine
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then apply it to the turkey.
- Place some white wine in the Pyrex for the oven and the cloves.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
- Place and cover the turkey with the mixture from the bowl.
- Place the breast in the Pyrex (where the white wine is).
- Place in the oven and cook for 30 min. covered with aluminum foil at 180 degrees Celsius and after this time leave it uncovered for a few more minutes until it becomes golden on the outside but not dry on the inside.
