This delicious recipe is ideal for the upcoming festivities. Our Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom pairs well with any baked dessert or pastry and it add citrus and sweet notes, which makes it perfect for this dessert.

Ingredients:

120 g of whole whaet flour

120g de pancake flour

270g de milk

70g de oil

170g de sugar

3 eggs

2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon of lemon zest

 

For the glaze:

1 Tablespoon of water

2 Teaspoons of lemon juice

2 Tablespoons of Volcano Honey: Wild Sunflower Blossom

Preparation

Grease and flour the baking mold. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Blend all the ingredients and pour the mix into the mold. Bake for 50 minutes and cool for 30 minutes. While its cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing the honey with the water and lemon juice. Fill the surface of the cake with the glaze using a kitchen brush.
